Job responsibilities
• Study of current offers in the financial market according to banking products, assessment of competiteness of terms of banking products (including card) offered by the Bank, development of a set of recommendations regarding the improvement of the terms of new products or existing products and submission to relevant authority
• Development of a set of recommendations aimed at optimization of bankig products and submission to relevant authority
• Analysis of acting and potential client base, identification of customer demands, distribution among target groups, development of packages of banking products according to target groups of customers and organization of the sales process
• Organization of work with clearing organizations, implementation of jointly implemented products, evaluation of effectiveness and development of a package of recommendations and submission to the head of the division
• Carrying out the analysis of the expediency of automating the processes with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the business processes of the existing banking products, setting priorities, developing drafts of proposals and discussing them with the relevant subdivisions
• Development of technical tasks for the latest technologies and software solutions related to the introduction of new products and the optimization of existing products
