ARMECONOMBANK OJSC successfully completed the process of distribution of USD bonds with 5.75% annual coupon yield and AMD bonds with 12% annual coupon yield. The circulation period of the bonds makes 27 months, and the payment on coupon bonds will be carried out on quarterly basis.

The volume of the emission makes USD 2,000,000 and AMD 100,000,000 respectively. The redemption of the bonds will be carried out on December 29, 2019.

It is intended that the bonds will be listed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia and have a market maker.
