     ARMECONOMBANK OJSC proceeds with the loan terms improvement process. Hereinafter, within the framework of ‘’Affordable housing for young families’’ target program, the mortgage loan is provided on the following terms:

• 10% prepayment both for primary and secondary markets without the pledge of additional real estate
• Loan maximum amount – AMD 24,000,000
• Annual interest rate – starting from 2.8%, actual interest rate - starting from 4.14%
