   The Annual Meeting of the Bank was held remotely conditioned with the COVID-19 pandemic. The Bank summed up the results of 2019 and approved the new staff of the Board consisting of 7 persons.

   Saribek Sukiasyan was re-elected as the Chairmen of the Board, Ruben Hayrapetyan was re-elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Board and Luisa Petrosyan – Secretary of the Board at the Board meeting held after the Annual meeting.

   “The Management and employees of the Bank will spare no effort to reach the indicators planned for 2020 and record another successful year despite the challenges”, stated Saribek Sukiasyan, Chairman of the Board.
