The loan liabilities of conscripted or volunteered customers, whose monthly loan repayments were not fulfilled after September 27:

• won’t be deemed  as overdue
• penalties and fines will not be applied

based on the certificate issued by the territorial military commissariats,

The non-fulfillment of loan obligations will not be reflected in the credit register during the given period.
