ARMECONOMBANK OJSC has completed the distribution process of AMD and USD bonds with annual coupon yield of 9.75% and 5.00% respectively. The circulation period of the bonds is 36 months. The coupon income payment is made quarterly.
The volume of the placed bonds amounts to AMD 1,500,000,000 and USD 2,200,000. The coupon bond redemption will take place on 3 September 2023.
The bonds will be listed on “Armenia Securities Exchange” OJSC and will have a market maker.
The coupon bonds’ income payment and the repayment of bonds’ shall be implemented in compliance with following schedule:

| 2nd payment of coupon income | 03/09/2021թ. |
| 3rd payment of coupon income | 03/03/2022թ. |
| 4th payment of coupon income | 03/09/2022թ. |
| 5th payment of coupon income | 03/03/2023թ. |
| 6th payment of coupon income and repayment of bonds | 03/09/2023թ. |
