Armeconombank completed the placement process of dram bonds with 10.50% annual coupon yield and dollar bonds with 5.25% annual coupon yield ahead of the intended schedule.
The circulation period of bonds is 36 months and the payment of coupon yields will be made in semi-annual intervals.
The amount of allocated bonds is 1,500,000,000 AMD and 5,000,000 USD.
The repayment of bonds will be carried out on May 4 2025.
The bonds will be submitted for listing in “Armenian Stock Exchange” OJSC and will have a market maker.
The payment of bonds coupon yield and repayment of the bonds will be will be implemented according to the following schedule.
