Is it possible to register in AEB Mobile via another email not registered in the bank?
Yes, it is.
Is it possible to change email address?
Yes, by logging in to the section of My Profile.
How to activate Touch ID (fingerprint) or Face ID to login to system?
It is necessary to select Settings from My Profile section and activate Log into the system with Touch ID (by fingerprint) or Face ID, if it has already been activated on your phone.
What should one do in case of not receiving the security code on email or phone number?
Contact Customer Support Center on (+374)10510910 or 8686 phone number. After identifying you, a new, temporary password will be sent to you, afterwards you can complete the registration with the system.

Yes, it is.
Is it possible to copy or duplicate the transactions executed through Aeb Mobile system?
Yes, it is. After viewing the document of the transaction, you can choose the button “ Duplicate” on the document.
Is it possible to cancel the transactions executed through Aeb Mobile system?
Yes, it is. In order to cancel the transaction executed via Aeb Mobile system, you should write a letter to the Bank from the section of My Profile/Messages.
How to activate and use AEB Mobile application?
Download AEB Mobile application. Apply to any branch of the Bank and fill in an application-form after which a message containing AEB Mobile application’s username and initial password will be sent to the email address provided by you. Then you will receive second message with activation code and PIN code.
By the username and activation code sent to your email address you will be registered in AEB mobile application. After the successful registration your username will be automatically filled in. After entering the initial password sent by 1st message you should enter the PIN code sent by 2nd message.
AEBMobile: How to activate a newly downloaded AEB Mobile application in case of damage or loss of the mobile phone, not remembering PIN code or acquiring a new mobile phone ?
We kindly ask you to check the compliance of the code entered into the system by you with the registration code provided by the Bank. The mentioned message is received in the case when the code entered into the system does not correspond to the code provided by the Bank. If the code entered by you corresponds to the code provided by the Bank but you continue to receive the aforementioned message please contact the Bank’s Customer Support Center or visit any branch of the Bank.
AEBMobile: When logging in, I receive the following message: “Connection failure. Please, check the internet connection”. What does that mean?
Please, check your mobile phone’s internet connection. If your cellphone is not connected to the internet, we kindly ask you to connect the phone to the internet and repeat the activation process.
AEBMobile: Am I allowed to use the activation code twice?
The same activation code cannot be applied for more than one registration. It can be used only once during a registration. In case of deleting the application or the token, please contact the Bank to get a new activation code and a PIN code. p]
AEB Mobile: What will happen if I enter an incorrect PIN while generating one-time password?
The software does not verify the accuracy of the PIN code entered by you and one-time password may generate an incorrect PIN code as well, however in case of such discrepancy of PIN code and one-time password the software will not allow to sign up and proceed to the next steps.

Deposits
Is the interest amount capitalization possible?
In case of Child deposit, yes, it is possible; in case of term deposit, no, it is not possible.
Is it possible to get accrued interest amounts in case of premature withdrawal of the term deposit?
In case of term deposits, no (with the exception of Child deposit, in case of which the interests of the deposit are capitalized); in case of on-demand deposits, yes. Please, get familiar with the on-demand deposit account and term deposit of “ARMECONOMBANK” OJSC.
Is it possible to add amounts to deposit placed for up to 6 month term?
“ARMECONOMBANK” OJSC does not provide such an opportunity.
Is it possible to add amounts to the deposit periodically? In case it is possible how frequently and till when?
1. Should “Classic” deposit be placed for 274 days or longer or be prolonged for a term no shorter than the aforementioned, the Depositor may supplement the Deposit only by the 180th day preceding the expiry of the (prolonged) term of the Deposit and only with amounts not exceeding the Deposit balance at the moment of placement(prolongation).
2. In case of “Beneficial” deposit, the deposit may be replenished at any frequency and with any amounts but no more than the maximum amount of the deposit by the 91st day preceding the expiry of the term of the Deposit in case of AMD and by the 180th day in case of foreign currency.
3. In case of “Child” deposit type, the deposit may be replenished at any moment and with any amounts up to the 60th day before the expiry of the term of the deposit.
Is it possible to transfer the interests accrued for the deposit to the card?
“ARMECONOMBANK” OJSC gives an opportunity to receive the interests accrued for the deposit from card account. The card is provided FREE OF CHARGE.

Is it possible to choose PIN code of plastic card personally and in due course of time, if necessary, change it via the ATM, without visiting the Bank?
After entering the one-time password sent to the phone number of the customer at the ATM at the customer’s request, the customer can enter his/her preferred PIN code, as well as change the PIN code of his/her acting card through an ATM, by choosing the PIN change field from additional services of the ATM window, after which confirm the new PIN code by entering his/her preferred four-digit PIN code.
Is it possible to enlarge the permitted daily encashment limit of ArCa plastic cards?:
"ARMECONOMBANK" OJSC, if necessary, applying individual approaches towards its customers, may change the encashment limit.
Is it possible for one of the family members to make use of the plastic card in case of the Cardholder’s absence from the country
It is possible to attach another card to your card with separate PIN code, through which the members of your family can use your card account.
Is it possible to provide a plastic card earlier, with an extra payment?
Yes, it is possible. Get familiar with the plastic cards of "ARMECONOMBANK" OJSC.
Is it possible to receive countless transfers from abroad to the card account, without visiting the Bank?
Yes, it is possible. You can receive countless transfers from abroad within just a few minutes through Cash2Card service.
Is it possible to get a multi-currency plastic card?
Multicurrency plastic cards are not yet issued, but it is possible to make transfers between cards of different currencies issued by RA banks. At "ARMECONOMBANK" OJSC encashment points (branches and the Head Office), it is possible to make encashment from foreign currency plastic cards both in foreign currency and AMD, whereas from ATMs, only in AMD.
Is it possible to replenish the card account through TelCell system ?
Yes, a card account may be replenished through Telcell system, as well as through EasyPay, iDram and Mobidram payment and settlement systems.
Is it possible to credit amount to a plastic card and transfer it to another card account?
The payments can be implemented through ArCa.am application and cabinet.arca.am website, as well as through AEB Mobile application’s card to card transfer. It is possible to make transfers from one card account to another through AEB Mobile application’s transfers within Armenia section.
By the way, you can sign in ArCa.am application and cabinet.arca.am website with the same username and password.
Is it possible to immediately activate the amount credited to the card?
The amount credited to the account is activated within 15 – 20 minutes. Amounts transferred to the account from 930 to 1200 are activated up to 1300.
Is it possible that the card won’t be swallowed by an ATM after entering incorrect PIN code for three (3) times successively?
No, it is impossible. In case of entering wrong PIN code for three times successively, the card, based on safety rules, will be confiscated by an ATM.
Is it possible to make a transaction through a POS terminal with newly unblocked card?
No, it isn't. After the unblocking of the card at least one attempt of a transaction or a balance inquiry mast be executed through an ATM. Afterwards you can implement transactions via POS terminals. Otherwise the card will be blocked again.
Is it possible to use ArCa Classic MIR card abroad?
Yes, it is. ArCa Classic MIR cards can be used in Russian Federation, Crimea as well as in the countries that have joined Russian’s NSPK payment and settlement system. For more information please visit the link: https://mironline.ru/payment-system/geo/ .
Is it possible to be served at LoungeKey lounges without PriorityPass cards?
Yes, it is. Visa Infinite and Visa Platinum cards include PriorityPass service. The holders of Visa Infinite cards can enjoy 6 free visits to LoungeKey lounges per year and Visa Platinum cardholders can visit LoungeKey lounges twice a year. In all other cases the cardholder shall pay USD 27 or equivalent foreign currency (for travel companions as well).
Is it possible to attach other cards to MasterCard ARMECs Gold and Standard cards and use it after preterm repayment of the credit line?
No, it isn’t. No other cards are attached to MasterCard ARMECs cards and after full repayment of the credit line the card is closed as well.
Is it possible to get Visa Infinite card’s insurance policy without visiting the Bank?
Yes, it is possible. You should visit http://www.cardholderbenefitsonline.com/ website and fill in Visa Infinite card’s 16 digits in an appropriate field of Insurance Benefits section and get a form of insurance policy. The insurance policy will be valid for 90 days after the day of filling the form. The insurance policy is available if minimum 50% of paid amount has been executed with Visa Infinite card.
Is it possible to make payments without visiting the Bank?
It is possible to implement payments through any payment terminal, as well as AEB mobile application and https://payments.aeb.am internet platform.
Through the aforementioned internet platforms the customers can make payments, repay loans and add amounts to bank and card account.
