Managers at ARMECONOMBANK OJSC branches
Responsibilities
- Organization and control of the operational, financial and administrative activities of the branch
- Ensuring the improvement of service quality and monitoring customer satisfaction
- Organization of effective sales of credit and banking services
- Control of service processes in accordance with the bank's internal rules and RA legislation
- Implementation of branch staff management and development processes
- Development and implementation of investment attraction and new customer attraction programs
- Preparation of reports on the branch's work
Requirements
- Advanced communication, negotiation and team management skills
- Ability to ensure the required amount of work
- Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems quickly

- Ability to solve business problems
Necessary Education
Higher economic, finance or related education
Necessary Work Experience
At least 3 years of work experience in banking, including experie in a management position is desirable
Necessary Technical Skills
Good knowledge of MS Office package
Necessary Languages
Armenian-excellent, good knowledge of English and Russian languages
