Work Description

Managers at ARMECONOMBANK OJSC branches 

Responsibilities

  • Organization and control of the operational, financial and administrative activities of the branch
  • Ensuring the improvement of service quality and monitoring customer satisfaction
  • Organization of effective sales of credit and banking services
  • Control of service processes in accordance with the bank's internal rules and RA legislation
  • Implementation of branch staff management and development processes
  • Development and implementation of investment attraction and new customer attraction programs
  • Preparation of reports on the branch's work

Requirements

Necessary Education

Higher economic, finance or related education

Necessary Work Experience

At least 3 years of work experience in banking, including experie in a management position is desirable

Necessary Technical Skills

Good knowledge of MS Office package

Necessary Languages

Armenian-excellent, good knowledge of English and Russian languages
